As an introduction, I would like to briefly show you how PURE is associated as an acronym for a holistic lifestyle:
P = Presence (presence & mindfulness in the moment)
U = Understanding (understanding of body, mind & soul)
R = Renewal (regeneration & healing)
E = Energy (life energy through healthy nutrition, exercise & meditation)
You might have come across words like "holistic health", "holistic wellness", or "holistic health consultant", but still wonder what they really mean?
I will be happy to describe the topic in detail on the following pages.

The word holistic comes from the Greek word "hólos", which means "whole". In simple terms, this means that the human being is perceived and considered as a whole. The aspects of body, mind and soul form a unity and are the basis for a healthy, happy and contented life.
At times, life has a way of pushing us off course and testing us with challenges. It is therefore important that we give these three building blocks our full attention, support them to the best of our ability every day and treat them with mindfulness and gratitude.
We will find out together how we can achieve this for you so that your well-being is in balance.
The center is you. What are your concerns, your needs, your wishes and your goals.
We take all aspects of your life into account. This includes factors such as your current eating habits, overall state of health, emotional strain and stress, professional and family circumstances, friendships and relationships, how you spend your free time, as well as exercise and relaxation - not to forget external influences. Some of these topics can be sensitive. It is therefore particularly important to me, to create an environment of mutual trust, respect and acceptance.

The nutrition plan serves as inspiration for optimizing your diet. There is no such thing as the "right or perfect" diet, which is why I don't believe in "prohibitions". Changes in life are often accompanied by changes in diet. My aim is to show you how you can change unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits in a self-determined and sustainable way and thus, step by step, create a lifestyle that gives you more vitality, well-being and long-term health.
The beginning is often the biggest hurdle - but you don't have to go it alone. I'm here to support you throughout the entire process!
A conscious and sustainable change in diet, combined with targeted holistic measures, is the key to long-term health, well-being and inner balance. With expertise, motivation and empathetic support, I will accompany you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
We all know how important exercise is in everyday life. But it doesn't always have to be an intensive workout. Just 30 to 60 minutes of moderate activity a day is enough to have a positive impact on our health. Every movement counts! It's better to integrate small units of exercise into your daily routine than to do nothing at all. Your body will thank you for it!
But health means more than just physical fitness. In our hectic everyday lives, mental health often takes a back seat. Body, mind and soul form a unit - and only when these three elements are in harmony do we feel truly strong and balanced. Therefore: consciously take time for yourself! You are the most important part of this cycle. If you take care of yourself, you can develop your full potential!
