At our first meeting, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other personally. We will talk about your current concerns and discuss your ideas, wishes, goals, and any questions you may have. You will also gain an insight into how I work and how I can support you. Together, we will fill out a health questionnaire that covers your current lifestyle in terms of nutrition, exercise, and well-being. After our conversation, you can decide whether working together is right for you. The conversation will last approximately 45 min.

We take all aspects of your life into account. This includes factors such as your current eating habits, overall state of health, emotional strain and stress, professional and family circumstances, friendships and relationships, how you spend your free time, as well as exercise and relaxation - not to forget external influences. Some of these topics can be sensitive. It is therefore particularly important to me, to create an environment of mutual trust, respect and acceptance.

Through a jointly completed questionnaire, a three-day food diary and our discussions, we gain a clear picture of your current situation. It is particularly important to me to meet you exactly where you are at the moment and to accompany you individually on your journey.

The nutrition plan serves as inspiration for optimizing your diet. There is no such thing as the "right or perfect" diet, which is why I don't believe in "prohibitions". Changes in life are often accompanied by changes in diet. My aim is to show you how you can change unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits in a self-determined and sustainable way and thus, step by step, create a lifestyle that gives you more vitality, well-being and long-term health.
